The recruitment process for top executives starts with a meeting with the representatives of the company’s owners, supervisory board, or management board. 2. Formulating the employer story and recruitment arguments

The preparation of recruitment materials includes:

3. Conducting a public campaign and headhunting
We’ll conduct a public recruitment campaign on social media (LinkedIn, Meta, Google). In addition, the job offer will be published on the employment portal CV Online and shared in professional social media groups relevant to the target group to ensure maximum visibility.
At the same time, we’ll conduct active headhunting to reach passive top executives who aren’t actively looking for jobs but may be open to a solid and well-thought-out offer. Headhunting is carried out using Brandem’s network, LinkedIn and various databases.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and adjust our approach based on market and candidate feedback. We use Teamdash recruitment software to manage candidates and the recruitment process. It offers a convenient and transparent overview of the whole process and facilitates communication.
4. Interviews and substantive assessment
We start by analysing the candidates’ CVs and conduct asynchronous video interviews to make a preliminary selection, which allows us to quickly assess a candidate’s initial suitability. Video interviews give a first impression of the candidate’s communication style, motivation and suitability even before a personal interview is arranged.
The next stage involves semi-structured one-on-one in-depth interviews focusing on management experience, values, and compatibility with the organisational culture. Together, we’ll go over the results to get a shared understanding of whether the candidate is a good fit.
5. Carrying out cognitive aptitude and personality tests on managers
As part of the final selection process, candidates undergo international and research-based cognitive aptitude and personality tests. We interpret the test results with you and always put them in the context of the specific role and organisation.
6. Supporting the decision-making process and final selection
You will receive a clear and structured overview of the shortlisted candidates (usually 3–5) along with a summary of the interviews and test results. You will have our full support right up to the final decision. We’ll coordinate the entire process, including reference calls and providing feedback to candidates.
