What does the shortlisting service involve?

The shortlisting service will help you save time and reach the right candidates faster. Our task is to bring you candidates who have already undergone an initial assessment, along with important additional information about their experience, motivation and salary expectations.
 
The shortlisting service does not include headhunting and there are no guarantees involved. If necessary, we will also carry out a repeat search to find more suitable candidates.

Stages of Brandem’s recruitment campaign

1. We meet with the hiring manager and, if necessary, also communicate with future colleagues to understand the requirements of the vacant position and the specifics of the workplace.
2. We map the profile of the target group and develop recruitment messages that appeal to candidates.
1. We launch a targeted recruitment campaign across different channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, employment portals, professional groups).
2. We set up a dedicated application page on Brandem’s platform to facilitate the application process.
3. In addition, we will post the job ad on the CVO employment portal and in professional social media groups that are relevant to the target group to maximise visibility among potential candidates.
4. The recruitment campaign will reach at least 30,000 people and at least 700 people will visit the campaign page.
5. All candidates can be conveniently viewed using the Teamdash recruitment software.

2. We conduct asynchronous video interviews and/or one-on-one video interviews to assess candidates’ communication skills, motivation, and suitability for the position.
3. We compile a brief profile for each shortlisted candidate, including a summary of their experience, motivation, desire to take up the position, and salary expectations.
