The process normally takes 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the search and the specific nature of the vacant position.

How does the headhunting process work?

Stages of the headhunting service

2. We understand why traditional open recruitment isn’t enough and analyse the expectations of the target group.

2. We search candidates through various public databases, employment portals, LinkedIn, company websites, Brandem’s Talent Bank, the register of occupational qualifications of the Estonian Qualifications Authority, and other channels suitable for the intended audience.
3. If needed, we can design an attractive and informative one-pager introducing the position, which can be conveniently sent as additional information to candidates already interested in the offer.
1. We prepare a preliminary list of candidates, i.e. a longlist. We use a variety of modern sourcing methodologies to this end (X-ray, Boolean, etc.).

If you do not reach an agreement with a suitable candidate during the initial search, we’ll carry out a repeat search at no extra cost.

Headhunting projects come with a default 6-month guarantee. This means that if the selected candidate leaves or proves unsuitable during this period, we’ll be there to support you and repeat the recruitment process without charging extra.
